Notes: Woke w/ the headache still firmly in tact. Opened up to get more cool air and tried to go back to sleep but didn't. Up and coffee, online, late morning pool, shower, read a book for a bit and then ate. Day of virtual nothingness and just sitting in it. The sun, when direct, was very hot and. I didn't stay long. Mom called mid aft asking about any clarity and said there'd be work for me at Dad's shop. Lightwave level 3 was released so did a few modules of that and back & forth some on Telegram w/ Jo. Streamed shows in the evening, headache seemed to have cleared but then another one on the right side of my head came back w/ a vengeance. Went to bed early, was able to sleep a little, woke 1111p and moved to the chaise in the living room - was one of the worst I've ever had. Was moving and dull throbbing ache but also very sharp pains, so painful and unbearable would try to rub it or use Dr Bergs tool - but all that was very painful too. After a couple hrs, finally back to sleep a bit.
