It’s just got going again. Something we have missed. Standing Room only. It’s not very big. Jacqui went to the Orchard Forest School for the day as part of her Free Live Well, Live Better course. She is learning lots of useful stuff, including Move it or Lose it, our new simple daily exercise routine.
