Flat Out

Giving the ultra wide angle a run out today for a change. Although this image is not the widest the lens will go, at 10.8mm it still needs careful placement to avoid slanty trees and buildings.

I wanted to emphasise the rocks in this image. I was lying flat out with the lens inches away from them and must have looked a sight.

The cloudy sky was the other element of interest for me and the lens stretches out the formation slightly as I had it tilted down somewhat.

The first rock is a little soft, but I wanted to avoid focus stacking.
