A Fat Legged Flower Beetle

When you first spot this small beetle the thing you notice first is the metallic bronze colouring glistening in the sunshine. The second thing you notice are its beefy thighs! Only the males are endowed with these bulging quads, although I have no idea what there purpose is. To give it its correct name this is Oedemera femorata.
