Twilight

I love this time of day, when the sun starts to sink beneath the horizon, but it's not dark enough to be dusk. The clouds show up so well when they are backlit and make a very dramatic pattern in the sky.

I shuffled no further than the patio to get this shot, as my back is still quite painful, although a couple of hours lying flat in bed this afternoon has helped a lot and I'm hoping for a big improvement tomorrow.

We were supposed to be having a barbecue on the patio with friends tomorrow evening, but I changed it to an Indian takeaway instead and I'm very glad I did, having seen the recent weather forecast for tomorrow in this area!
