The castle on the hill.

After church today I went for a walk around the old castle grounds in Guildford. There was a damp drizzle hanging in the air and a chill seeped into my body but it was good to walk and think.
On the way back home we stopped off at Wisley RHS gardens and then realised we did not have our pass with us. We headed on home instead where later daughters and grand children visited to celebrate Mothers Day.
