Ebbing at Levenwick

A fine enough day, dry, calm breeze, overcast and fairly cold.  Lovely birdsong at dawn and dusk.

A shock to the system, up at 5am today, early shift in the airport.  Started on the check-in desk, then moved to meeting and boarding flights.  A steady day of passengers, most flights on time.  Popped by Laura's on my way home, mam was there too.  A quiet evening at home, walkies with Sammy and then an early night.

As I was heading home, I noticed the tide was ebbing, so I stopped off for a quick walk.  A big ebb again today, this being the biggest ebb of the year so far, with another hour before the tides turned again.  A fine stroll along the beach, but didn't spot anything unusual to pick up.  Taken at Levenwick beach.
