Tiny Tuesday

I was given this by W not long after we got married.  It's an electronic organiser, and dates from a time when no-one would be seen walking into a meeting without carrying their Filofax, preferably with lots of prints of emails stuffed between the pages to make you look important.  There weren't many mobile phones around in those days and anyone who did have one needed a backpack to carry it around with all the batteries needed to power it.  So whilst this is about the size of a modern mobile phone, it was tiny in its day.  Sadly, it never really caught on; it was much easier just to jot things down in your Filofax so until phones became the indispensable items they are today, the Filofax ruled.

But just because mobile phones were big isn't why this qualifies for Tiny Tuesday.  See that SD card next to it?  It's only a 32Gb card but it has well over 5 million times the memory of the organiser.  Now that is tiny.
