A rather dramatic day regarding the house we liked.

Despite doing outbid, our offer was accepted. It wasn't until then that the estate agent decided to mention the house would likely need rewiring. The survey and the rewiring would cost £5000 so unfortunately we had to step away from it.

Well, it's back to viewings. We have one booked for tomorrow so we'll see how that goes.
