Just throw the ball

Is what he is thinking - I was holding the ball as I took the picture. The rain means that the poor dog is filthy after every walk and has to be hosed down when we get home. However, I think he is happy with the trade off (and is very unhappy with a walk around the streets, so fields it is).

Husband went off to see a farmer he has been working with today and came home with a lovely box of veg that was given to him. Cauliflower soup made this evening and very much looking forward to that for lunch tomorrow!
