Millennium planter

The sun shone for a short time today alongside a bitterly cold wind so I popped out the front door to take this shot. Mrs AMK does admit she needs to fill the gap with another primula - the poor little daffs were waving about wildly as were the tall ones in the garden.

The 2000 trough was given to us by our good friends D and L all these years ago - it was making me think of all the angst and expense the world went through as year 2000 approached. Even the fridge was going to stop working!
