Cold and wet

Woke this morning to no heat and smelly water all over the utility floor. The boiler engineer arrived at 2pm and diagnosed a split washer on the heating pump. It only took about an hour to fix and clear up. I’m so pleased this was only year 4 of a 5 year warranty.
