Back again

Back on the pond for 2024 are a pair of Tufted Ducks if my research is correct.  This male (the drab female is out of sight under the willow trees) has a striking white and black body and delightful purple/blue neck and head with a tufted pigtail. 

Also saw our first really young rabbits in the hedge today too.  The 15c weather has had the wildlife in the gardens buzzing about.
