Camellia

had to go to the post office this morning  and then for a wander locally although there wasn't much to see, especially at the creek! Ended up at the Downs where there's a lot of grassland restoration going on - not sure I'm a fan at the moment as they've got rid of some good bushy areas the butterflies used to hang out, but will hold judgement until it's all done!

And on the walk home I spotted this most glorious Camellia flower!

And last night we tried a new local chippy, as our favourite has recently closed down.  This new one delivered as well and thankfully we were very impressed so looks like fish & chip meals are back on our radar!!
