Towers.

A recognisable landmark in Maputo is these towers, home to law firms, consultancy companies and assorted other city slickers working in banking and related professions responsible for upholding the status quo of corporate profiteering.

Today was roasting hot in Maputo, with everyone complaining of the heatwave. Together with a friend I made it down the hill to a beach restaurant for some snacks. At sunset I added on a languorous walk around part of the city, which was draining but not unenjoyable.
