I believed the weather app this morning, hung out the washing and set off for a walk. The washing got wet and so did we. Flora looked quite dejected. As we neared the house the rain stopped and I think the afternoon will be dry. I hope so anyway.  The walk was at Borrowmeadow which is so, so muddy. 

It's mild today so I'm going back to my soggy garden. Yesterday I got my hands satisfyingly dirty mixing potting compost and vermiculite for sowing seeds. I've filled the seed trays and I'll leave them in the potting shed to warm up before I plant the seeds. Today  - I'm not sure what I'll do but suddenly there's plenty to keep me occupied.
