Curried cauliflower and apple Soup at Cups Tearoom

I have a fave tearooms, I have noted them before and my most favourite thing in the world is to get up in leisure take my knitting down to the harbour and sit in cups tearoom, and try the specials on order!
Today's special was curried cauliflower and apple soup or Tattie soup, I was going for good old tattie soup, but then felt brave, and so ordered the cauliflower, I am so glad I did, it was fab, I promised I would take a shot of the soup before I ate any, it was too nice, I remembered part way though and so you have my half eaten soup bowl for today :-) and my recommendation that you should try them, if you are ever in Scrabster!
