Lemon Drizzle Cake

MrMacD has been a bit croaky and not quite with it today.  I certainly haven’t felt 100%.  It’s like a really horrid head cold and neither of us have any energy, so I haven’t felt up to dipping into blip journals again today.  It been a case of resting as much as possible.

It’s been lovely and sunny again today, but with a cold wind. We felt in need of some cheering up after supper so we treated ourselves to a slice of the Lemon Drizzle Cake dropped at the door by our lovely blip friend, Mima.  It was delicious served with some yoghurt and there’s enough for tomorrow night as well.  Yum!!
