The long stretch…

Part of my run this morning and also our local park run route. I’ve been running again but not always recording. A bit of pride there due to not yet being back up to scratch.

Lots of thoughts going round in my mind as I ran. I’ve been browsing some cancer research funding sites wanting to do something along those lines in memory of Valerie… and Margaret, Alastair, Brian, Janet, Karen… for starters.

I was able to hang the seven big tablecloths I brought home from yesterday’s lunch, out in the garden to dry. That wonderful fresh smell when they come indoors.. Spring has been here for two days now!
