No amount of headphone usage could block out the deafening drilling and hammering taking place in the neighbouring building whilst we tried to work.

Adding to that we had a second afternoon of power outages. We think something is happening on a neighbouring street. And judging by this road sign on a neighbouring street, the infrastructure does require an urgent upgrade.
