Spring walk

So different from
yesterday! This morning saw
bright sun and spring lambs!

This is what Spring is supposed to look like! We got out early for a quick walk along the bridle way, it was quite different from yesterday's trudge up a soggy hill!  
Home by lunchtime today and out to have a walk in our motorway woods, it's a bit more urban than the pennine hills, but it'll do!
Also, guess who slept until 6:30am??  No, don't get excited, it wasn't me :-/ but Ben did.  Well done Ben!  Why was I awake at 5:10am you may ask?? Sigh.  Because somehow, I hadn't closed Leo's pen properly at bedtime, so he woke up nice and early, discovered he could nose his way out into the wide world and rather than set off to find his fortune (or his favourite of Mr KCNQ2Haiku's slippers), he came directly to find me and share the joy of his freedom.  Bless.  And also Bleugh.  Nearly bedtime!
