First proper day of the holidays and we started off with the Ffestiniog railway.
Rob used to volunteer on the Ffestioniog when he were a lad and we always have to go for a ride on the train when we're here. We went up to Tan-Y-Bwlch and stopped off there for a walk in the woods and a picnic lunch. Very pretty and scenic.
While we were having lunch a couple of volunteers were testing the electrics and the points on the line. This box is the points box and the dial shows 'wrong' when the points aren't set. Fairly straightforward really.
Having a chilled evening and trying to scrape the child down from the ceiling as he's been a tad giddy today.
