Thomboy wetpants

It's been a great day visiting beaches.
First off we visited the Whistling Sands on the north Llyn Peninsula. The sands make a squeaky noise when you walk on them as they're mainly made from rounded quartz grains. It's a lovely cove, but we couldn't take gonzo along the beach as dogs are banned. The boys did find a treasure chest and solved the clue so that Thom won a medal.
We walked along the coastal path for a bit. The views are stunning as there are lots of coves inbetween jaggy igneous rock cliffs.
It was sunny and getting warm when we got back to the car so we headed up to Porthdinllean. This was another stunning bay with houses nestled against the dunes on the beach. We had fun splashing about in the water, and Thom reverted back to his old ways and had to wade in up to his pants.
The day was then rounded off with fish and chips back at the cottage.
Quite enjoying this holiday lark.
