When I opened the front door this morning, some old brown leaves from the horse chestnut tree in front of our house blew into the hall. Thats's how I knew that the wind was coming from the east. It was a chilly one, too...

Jess and I had a walk up in the forest before lunch. I spent the rest of the day doing stuff around the house, and lit the fire early. D is feeling the cold more as he is not moving around so much. He did go outside today for the first time since his op, and has been doing the prescribed exercises.
