A trip to Ulverston this morning to see LC.  Very useful, good discussion about all sorts of things and full of joy.  Thanks, L.

Home and then to Cartmel to meet G for lunch.  We went to the Royal Oak and it was lovely and warm and inviting and good to get out of the cold wind outside.  

A walk around the pretty village including the Priory (extra).
