My nephew, and fellow smoker, is an award-winning BBQ chef. He recommended Gray Brothers Market in Marbury to buy the brisket. I had no idea about the fantastic history of this market. It is a 200-year-old Native American business. 
Silas personally cut our prime brisket to spec. That was awesome to watch. He told me to teach my grandchildren how to cook my brisket recipe.
