St Fillan’s Cave

Looking up Cove Wynd after we’d walked down towards the harbour this morning.
It’s ages since we’ve walked around the town, choosing instead to go further afield, but my legs are aching after being up and down the ladder painting the hall so an easy walk on a smooth surface seemed a good idea. Geordie enjoyed all the sniffs on every lamp post, flower tub, corner etc. All these peemails need replies!
We wandered along the beach at West Shore and picked up a few pebbles for painting, then up The Braes and home.
Gary stopped his van for a wee blether and we had a chat with Bobby who has given up fishing and now manages the Fisherman’s Mutual Association shop and offices.
Afterwards I headed to Anstruther and spotted my youngest son is his newly sign-written van, so had a good, long-overdue chat with him.
This afternoon has been spent listening to music, journalling and immersing myself in Gabor Mate videos on YouTube.
