I got rhythm

In to Holmfirth with MrM this morning to meet John and Marina for a sociable late breakfast/early brunch. Delicious food and coffee at Beatties. Couldn't resist buying some cheese for the weekend while we were there - brie, Cheshire, and Cornish Yard with nettle leaf.
We got a little bit damp as we walked home!

Jazz in the evening, and we treated ourselves to pie and peas, and mash too for MrM,  beforehand. It was a bigger band than usual - vibes, keyboard, trombone, guitar, double bass, and drums. They were crammed into quite a small space, and it was impossible to take a photo of them all, so here's the "rhythm section" - the drummer and double-bass player. 

Our wedding anniversary (16 years - don't know which one of us deserves a medal most!), and a good day!
