Date night

We spent the evening in a cooking class — courtesy of a gift from our kids. It was a lot of fun!

The topic of the class was Spanish food and we cooked (and then ate) stuffed dates, paella with chicken and shrimp, and for dessert: olive oil ice cream. I know that one sounds weird but it was delicious! Happy to share the recipe for it if you’re interested :)
