Donuts

I volunteered to make cakes for an event on Easter Sunday. After making a tried and tested Victoria Sponge cake I thought I’d try my hand at a chocolate cake recipe.

Unfortunately, the middle was a little undercooked and I didn’t have time to make another so voila…. a giant chocolate donut! Fingers crossed no one notices and that they both go down well on Sunday.
