Perfect weather for The Coledale Horseshoe Fell Race today!

There were 350 runners...

9 miles...3000ft of climb

Starting from Braithwaite...up to Grisedale Pike...then Eel Crags...Crag Hill...Sail...Outerside...Barrow...then steeply down to the finish!

We saw them at the start...went for a coffee...then saw them on the side of Barrow near the finish!

Tam and Jim were both pleased with their times!

We had a great day watching the race in the warm sunshine.
