Ohhh, the long holiday days continue! Good swim this morning, 1k of just front crawl. Normally I have to do a few lengths of easy breast stroke so was well happy with myself. Then some jigsawing fun before going to see Tracy in Southampton hospital. We had a nice couple of hours in M&S cafe.

And I have won a competition! Apparently when I ordered this I got entered into a competition which I won! I have a hamper delivered today, worth £150. This one. Am very chuffed with the whole thing.
