La Saint Loup

It was the traditional Easter omelette today. The weather forecast had been  pretty dodgy for the last few days, so we were all happy to see bright sunshine and only a light breeze. For the first time in living memory though, there was no wild asparagus for the omelette -- I guess it has just been too dry. Still, it was a convivial occasion, welcoming the spring. A and M were entering into the spirit; a wider view in extras.

The wind got up in the afternoon, so we called it a day at about 4 pm. Two hours later the sky was black and menacing and it rained really hard for about half an hour. Perfect timing!

Back home, I trawled through my photos from Sète yesterday and deleted even more; there's now an album of survivors on Flickr. There were so many ships, so crowded together, that it was difficult to get a wider view, so I mostly went for detail.
