I can have a light early breakfast tomorrow before 7.

Today While Frank was still painting the boat I went to do a shop at Morrisons then he came and put the shopping in the car and I went to get my hair done. At least I won’t turn up for my knee op looking like a scarecrow!

Deb’s the hairdresser gives a really good head massage when she puts the conditioner on, it saw the rest of the lingering headache off.
