Completed puzzle

One of the things that Bernard, Roger’s Dad, still enjoys doing is jigsaw puzzles, and Roger’s sister Janet will often help him for a while when she goes over to check on him or work in the garden or make his tea. They had recently completed this Attic scene when we arrived, which he said was quite a tricky one. We had some more rain today, but we did manage to fit in a local walk in the afternoon, in the dry, though extremely muddy under foot. (See extra collage.) Roger was also able to finish the wheelie bin enclosure, that he had started on Saturday with his sister, when we got back, just before it started to rain again!
