A busy bee

After four nights of disturbed sleep and waking up in the spare room, last night I had an amazing night, only waking at 6 am for a bathroom visit and then back to sleep until 8.30 am.  Why can't I do that every night?

The golf club is still closed after another night of heavy rain but JJ arranged to meet one of his friends at the club for coffee (and a bacon buttie).  

I planned to go for a walk but as soon as I put my coat on it rained.  However it's been dry for most of the day and I still haven't been out other than to take some pictures of the bees on the Berberis.

We had a good "speaker" meeting last night and hopefully have filled all the slots for the next season.
