What a day, well it rained, natch, and I spent half the day welcoming mum home, accepting deliveries, taking to the OY, the physio, the GP surgery and the care team and finally having lunch about 3.

Then more reconciliation in a house xxx that is freezing. I didn't swim today. The boiler keeps me awake and then I fall asleep and don't wake up. 

Aye rendang and watched TV. I need to get out of the this room before I go mad.
