Finished...

....the first oddment hat! Thank you for the instructions Jan. The yarn wasn't very exciting, well not texturally, but it was fun building it and really good to use up some small amounts of yarn, that would have sat in my stash for probably years! Sewing in all the loose ends wasn't so much fun: do you have a trick for that? It fitted me too so I can add some brightness wherever I go.
