One of my "5-A-Day"

It is recommended we have 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. According to the NHS website: One 5 A DAY portion of fruit or vegetables is about 80g or around one handful. Wandering round the garden tonight I spotted some ripe strawberries on old plants from a few years ago which have managed to survive the recent bad growing seasons. On picking them, I found just about one handful - so that's one portion sorted!
