We had enough volunteers to ask Grant to take his flags to the end of the Prom and encourage people at the turning point.

Jan stopped for a photo and for a cream tea on Morrissons afterwards.

I was excited that Jamjar volunteered for the first.time today on my recommendation.  Phew, it was a good experience.   

Also sad that Snapinmyday was.missing parkrun.

Hope we will all be back in a pink vest soon.
