Teddy bear sheep (I think) in a local field. The lambs are super cute!

Wild and very windy all day as the tail-end of Storm Kathleen passes by. Fine and sunny first thing, and I was too optimistic in hanging out two loads of washing. The first two 'scattered showers' turned out to be brief showers, but the third was rain, heavy at that. MrM helped to bring in the washing to dry on the airer.

We ventured out for a short late-afternoon walk when the rain had stopped, paddling through mud and puddles for much of the way. Having worked off a few (not nearly enough!) calories, we enjoyed a Chinese meal in Honley. The scales won't be kind tomorrow morning...
