Summer snowflakes

These appeared in the back garden recently, and I thought maybe they're some sort of exotic snowdrop. But Mr Google informed me otherwise - they're summer snowflakes, taller than snowdrops, with green-tipped petals. Beautiful!

Warm, 17°C this afternoon, ideal for gardening! Well, apart from the wind with gusts of 50mph, which accounts for why my hair looks so wild and unruly this evening! Some container plants we brought with us from Northumberland finally planted into the back garden, weeding, pruning... out all afternoon.

An early evening meal as MrM needed to leave to play at a ceilidh. Tried a low-carb recipe, with cauliflower rice instead of the real thing. Surprisingly good - even MrM liked it!
