Bumblebee on green alkanet

I’ve done a myriad of little jobs today and am feeling very satisfied.

I’ve also been hugely distracted by adding lots more information to my Ancestry family tree on behalf of my future daughter-in-law, who innocently asked me a question about someone in her tree. After a couple of hours of enjoyable researching, I managed to drag myself away from Ancestry and get outside to take a quick blip shot before the light went completely.

So here I present to you a buff-tailed bumblebee doing some research of his own on a green alkanet plant.
