Cuckoo Flower

Morning dew glistens on the petals of Cardamine pratensis ('Cuckoo Flower') flowering profusely on a roadside verge here in East Sussex, while not far away (see today's 'Extras') a Bee - we think it might be Osmia bicolor, the 'Two-Coloured Mason Bee' - finds something irresistibly attractive about the freshly-emerged leaves of another hedgerow Brassica, Garlic Mustard (Alliaria petiolata).
