Notes: Woke around 5a-something, again at 6a and then didn't wake to get up until after 7a. Not quite as cool overnight but still low humidity and quite lovely. Had coffee and watched Phil Godlewski, sent bday emails to Steve and Scott Langforg then went to the pool around 1030a for little over an hour. Prepped some produce to juice and make a chopped salad and then did one of the 30 min activations from Carlene's course. Later shower again and watching more videos. Called Al a bit after 5p and then jumped on Zoom w/ Jo around 540p until 645p. Streamed shows in evening, not feeling great mentally.
