Sedbergh WI meets Abbi Lawson

My usual busy Wednesday. Market, Art Group, and this week, WI. Today our speaker was a contestant on last years Great British Bakeoff. We had decided to have an open meeting as we thought it would be an interesting session, and Abbi didn’t disappoint. Emphasising the amazing bond between the contestants, we heard lots of stories about being on the show, and also Abbi also told us about her passion for baking, and especially how she takes inspiration from her Cumbrian home. An excellent session.
And LOTS of cake …. Well it is the WI :-)
