Shapes

I have always been intrigued by the diamond shaped tube logos on the disused platforms of Moorgate (extra).  It turns out that the familiar red roundels were being rolled out across London, but in 1914 the Metropolitan line decided to do its own thing and adopted a diamond.  They were too late for it to catch on and eventually had to come into line with everyone else.  My main combines the roundel with the diamond for Abstract Thursday.
