Went over for the club run this morning and it was hard work. After moving the flowerpots around last weekend my back is sore and I can’t feel all my right foot so going down the muddy slopes with Darwin pulling wasn’t fun. We managed to get into a weather window for the run as the rain had stopped but the winds hadn’t arrived. Spent the afternoon in the garden, in the wind, up a ladder cutting back the ivy and trees. Went over to John Lewis later to buy a new lamp for the games room.
