Sensory Overload!

We have just had an amazing day at MONA (Museum of Old and New Art).

Any Blipper who has been will probably identify with some of the adjectives going through my head about the experience of this unique museum…words such as Wow, amazing, crazy, confronting, clever, thought provoking, sensory challenging in both a positive visual way and in how much I could take in!

If you go - take an open mind and sense of humour plus curiosity with you.

This is David Walsh’s private museum - opened in 2012, and now thousands of people go through it daily. It’s great to go by the ferry and walk up the 99 steps to the entrance, and then descend 3 stories underground to start exploring. There are many staff to assist, but using their App is essential.

We are going to have a very quiet evening tonight!
