Notes: Did not sleep great, woke many times, espec after 2a. Finally got up ~745a. Slow day of mostly nothing. Had coffee and online in the morning (silver finally starting to rise a bit and exciting to watch tho think it's still in bottom stages), went to pool mid morning for an hour - nice crisp warm day with low humidity and breeze (was lovely)! Took pics of these beautiful red blooms on the corner of my building. Feeling a bit out of it. Silver hit $30 at 1103a ... and then dropped back down some but I think it's a marker and may see some big changes soon (we've been hearing soon for over 3 yrs tho so not holding my breath).  Did a couple activations on the computer and then went to couch w/ phone and did the Joe Dispenza one - ended up sleeping thru some of the 2nd part again but feeling tired after last night's crappy sleep. Tried a new coconut flour pizza crust w/ just 4 ingred's and some water - was a bit more work than I expected since I divided it into 3 balls of dough to roll out thin (wanted the smaller ~6 in crusts). They're still a bit doughy but taste decent and hold up ok. Had w/ a salad and some applesauce w/ cinnamon. Was after 4p till I took a shower. Streamed shows in the evening.
